By accessing or using Citadel ("the Service"), provided by Eveleone LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Citadel is offered as a subscription service with the following plans:

All plans include all 10 modules, SSL certificates, firewall configuration, and email support during business hours (CET). Phone support is available for Business and Enterprise plans.

Payment is due monthly or annually, with 2 free months for annual plans. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through our payment processor, Stripe.

Prices are exclusive of VAT. EU customers will be charged VAT at the applicable rate unless a valid VAT number is provided.

6. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to Citadel, including documents, files, and content created by your users. We do not claim any ownership or license to your data.

Platform IP: Citadel software, design, trademarks, and intellectual property remain owned by Eveleone LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data is stored on your dedicated server in Germany (Hetzner Falkenstein/Nuremberg), and never leaves your control except as necessary for Service operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eveleone LTD shall not be liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through negotiation.

12. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and in the Citadel dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
